Normally they are the people who operate on the ground like fire departments, police departments, and medical personnel. Until they are needed, not too much thought is usually given to all the people who serve as first responders to accidents or medical emergencies. I know my words will never be enough to fill the void of these amazing lives, but I steadfastly pray for an unearthly comfort and the presence of peace.
